As a life insurance agency, AJFG emphasizes on
activities closely related to insurance industry.
Target
Productivity is the key element to achieve the
organizational objectives. Usually, every insurance agent fixes his or
her premium targeted sales on monthly basis and later prolongs it to yearly.
The total of the targeted sales is accumulated in order for the company
to estimate the overall company-targeted sales. The senior manager and
the Unit manager are responsible in ensuring that the targets are achieved.
Agency meeting
Agency meeting is held at least once a month.
The main agenda discussed are
relatively about the sales performance, the nomination
of new agents, programmed activities and agency’s new visions. The senior
manager chairs the meeting.
